  85. Open the top level stack.  Put a name like "... Dummy Card" in the "Self Name" field (second one down).  We put "Client Dummy Card" in our example card.

  90. While still in the top level stack, put your name for the stack for the next level down in the field "Child Stack Name" (fourth field down).  We put "Jobs" in that field in our example card.
